Anne Parmley
Anne Parmley is the Linn County Gaming Association board president. A Cedar Rapids native, she is passionate about her involvement with organizations that support learning, family welfare and economic development. She serves on the boards for Four Oaks, Unity Point Health, Cedar Rapids Metro Area Economic Alliance, ICR Iowa, Kirkwood Community College’s Foundation, ICAN, and the Iowa State Workforce Development Board.
As board president, Anne will lead the team that sets the vision to support community nonprofit partnerships that best serve the needs of the county. Prior to joining the board, Anne served as senior vice president of client services at Pearson, the world’s leading learning company. She worked at Pearson in several leadership roles for 18 years.
Anne and her husband have lived in the area for most of their lives and have two grown children attending college. She graduated from Drake University and holds an MBA from the University of Iowa.
