Todd Bergen

Todd Bergen has spent his career building and developing businesses in Linn County. Today, he is the vice president for commercial real estate and business development for Skogman Realty. In this role, Todd is responsible for providing leadership to a talented group of commercial agents and executing on strategies that enhance Skogman Commercial’s presence in the area.

Previously, Todd worked at Transamerica, serving as a local government representative, in addition to working with economic and community organizations, such as United Way. Todd was also president of Priority One, the economic development division of the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, which assisted hundreds of local companies with growth initiatives. He was responsible for recruiting new businesses to Linn County.

Married with three children, Todd is a lifelong resident of Cedar Rapids. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning, both from the University of Iowa.
