Zach Bohannon

Zach Bohannon is perhaps best known for being captain of the Wisconsin Badgers men’s basketball team that went to the Final Four in 2014. Closer to home, he is known for his commitment to community service. Today, he is the chairman and a board member of the Linn-Mar Basketball Academy and a Cedar Rapids Rotarian. Zach also serves as an intelligence officer in the Iowa Air National Guard.

Zach is also the director of strategy for Estes Partners and is responsible for providing business development expertise. He previously owned a firm specializing in small business and nonprofit strategy and has also worked for the YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area and Credit Suisse Securities.

A sixth generation Iowan currently residing in Marion, Zach attended the U.S. Air Force Academy before transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a B.A. in economics, an M.S. in political communication and an M.B.A. in finance.
